Atulya is a home for officers away from their homes. Get togethers are organized at Atulya and it is the center of community life for gazetted officers at the Academy during their stay.

अतुल्य अपने घरों से दूर अधिकारियों का घर है। अनौपचारिक बैठक का आयोजन अतुल्य में किया जाता है। यह अकादमी में बुनियादी प्रशिक्षण या सेवाकालीन पाठ्यक्रमों के दौरान राजपत्रित अधिकारियों के सामुदायिक जीवन का केंद्र है।
